Sources: Top al Qaeda operative captured
Ramzi Binalshibh, believed by investigators to be involved in planning the September 11 hijackings and one of the most wanted al Qaeda operatives by the U.S. government, has been captured and is in the hands of Pakistani authorities, U.S. government officials told CNN.
